President
Joe has over 35 years experience in solid waste management and has directed the development, design, construction, modification, and/or operations of 18 recycling, composting, resource recovery and ‘energy from waste’ projects throughout North America and Eastern Europe.
Chief Operating Officer
Phil brings over 17 years experience in the organic waste recycling business, with the development of WCI’s municipal solid waste and biosolids businesses being his focus. Prior to WCI, he worked in the airline industry carrying out senior level roles in the areas of operations, project management, and human resource management.
Vice President Environmental Services
Peter is a mechanical engineer with 40 years experience in manufacturing operations, engineering services, project management, environment and energy management, including 5 years with WCI and 28 years with 3M Canada. Peter is responsible for the commercialization and sales of WCI’s water and wastewater technologies and services.
Vice President Organic Waste Treatment
Mo is a mechanical engineer with 10 years experience in Project Management, Design-Build and Cost Analysis. He has been involved in developing projects ranging from Hospitals to Office buildings to Level 3 Biocontainment Labs, and was Chief Estimator of Modern-Niagara Ottawa prior to joining WCI. Mo is responsible for sales and project management of WCI's organic waste treatment technologies and solutions.
